Intelligence Center

Interface design, visual design & branding

At Infinite Software, I led the visual and interface design for the company’s flagship SaaS product, the Intelligence Centre – a desktop and mobile application designed to deliver real-time data intelligence to enterprise users.

Working closely with the CEO/founder, I helped translate high-level product ideas into a clear, user-focused design language. From rapid-fire whiteboard sessions to fully interactive XD prototypes, I visualised concepts and feature requirements, turning ideas into tangible interface solutions that could guide both the product vision and development roadmap.

This role required a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. On a daily basis, I:

  • Worked directly with the UK product and engineering team to develop user stories, design components, and UX flows

  • Led communication with the backend team in Ireland, ensuring handoffs were tight, assets were accurate, and design integrity was maintained

  • Took point on solving UI/UX problems, streamlining flows, and building out design systems that could scale with the product

As the Lead Designer and head of the UK studio, I also played a broader leadership role:
planning team workloads, prioritising features, and contributing to strategic decisions at the senior level as the product evolved.

But it wasn’t just interface work. I also owned the entire brand identity for Infinite Software – from the logo and style guide to all corporate collateral. The brand needed to reflect the clarity, reliability, and intelligence of the platform itself, so I built a clean, modern identity system that extended across digital and print.

Key Deliverables:

  • Full interface design system for desktop and mobile SaaS platform

  • UX wireframes, prototypes, and interactive storyboards to shape new features

  • A comprehensive design library and style guide for the Intelligence Centre UI

  • Corporate branding including logo, print collateral, and visual standards

  • Day-to-day creative direction and project leadership across design and development teams

  • A product and brand experience that felt purposeful, intuitive, and future-ready

This was design at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership – delivering not just beautiful interfaces, but a brand and product experience with real coherence and clarity.
