Interface design, visual design & branding
At Infinite Software I was the Lead Designer responsible for visual design, and production of a desktop and mobile SaaS application called Intelligence Centre.
Day-to-day I worked directly with the CEO / founder / product owner, talking through his concepts and vision for future application functionality. I broke those requirements down, visualised them, and through storyboards, UI wireframes or XD prototypes I presented them to the rest of the UK development team to set direction for upcoming features. The UK team and I took those requirements and visual elements, helped create user stories and delivered a package of work to the Irish backend development team.
As the Lead Designer one of my roles was to solve any design or UI problems, as well as oversee style guide implementation and approve the ongoing work produced in Ireland. I also led the UK studio which involved organising workloads, planning resources, and setting ongoing project priorities. As part of the Senior team I helped decide strategic application direction.
Alongside the concept-driven application work, I was also solely responsible for all corporate branding, style guides and any print collateral.
